The past is in the past

So why is it.. so many times we struggle to leave the past.. in the past. I guess I dont understand why I cant drop things where they are. I let the little things bug me and stay on my mind. I think the biggest things that i keep a hold of are disapointments, times I want to scream, and pretty much everything bad (cause that covers it all).. It hurts and I think about it over and over again..

I understand that life isnt perfect. But for once in my life I would like to leave the past.. in the past and focus on the future. God holds my every moment and I know right now im working on it and he is working on me.

I choose to leave the past just that.. [[in the past]]
